Born in Hiroshima, Japan.
As a curator of Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art, she has curated Teppei Kaneuji: splash & flake (2007), Tatsu Nishino (2007), What a Wonderful World: Visions in contemporary Asian art of our world today (2011-12), A Bird’s-eye View of the World (2015), The World is Strange! The Manga and Paintings of Tiger Tateishi and Yuichi Yokoyama (2016-17), Taiji Matsue| gazetteer (2018) and others. Has published exhibition reviews and criticisms of works in Web magazine and magazines.
