Curator at Toyota Municipal Museum of Art since 1997. Curate exhibitions of contemporary art, write art reviews, and in recent years be involved in the production of artworks as a researcher. Major exhibitions are “Blooming: Japan-Brazil” (2008), “Junya Ishigami” (2010), “Antigravity” (2013), “Building Romance” (2018), “Ho Tzu Nyen” (2021-2022), “Cat’s Narrow Road” (2023), and “From the Uncompleted, a Beginning” (2024). Outside the museum, curated “Twist and Shout: Contemporary Art from Japan” (Bangkok Art & Culture Center, 2009, organized by the Japan Foundation) and “Aichi Triennale 2019” (Toyota City and Nagoya City, 2019). Write many articles for art magazines and other publications.
