Independent curator. Born in 1957, living in Fukuoka. Since 1981 to 2018, She has been chief curator of Fukuoka Prefectural Museum of Art and then The Museum of Art,Kochi, Ishimoto Yasuhiro Photo Center.
Her specialties are Japanese modern and contemporary art and history of museum activities.
