Professor, Teikyo Heisei University, since 2023. Prior to this job, he had worked at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, NY as lecturer, the Smithsonian Institution, Washington DC, as fellow, MoMA and the Brooklyn Museum as intern, and Sezon Museum and SOMPO Museum as curator. He studied at the Ph.D. program in Art History at the Graduate Center, CUNY, USA. His writings include on van Gogh, Picasso, Chagall and Western & Japanese contemporary artists.
