Born in Aizuwakamatsu‐city、in 1943. Graduated from Chuou University major in Law. Served as a public official officer of Kanagawa Prefectural Office and moved to Kanagawa Prefectural Hall Gallery. Planned mainly contemporary art exhibitions and managed gallery section. And researched outdoor sculpture and public art in Japan focusing Kanagawa Prefectural area and presented as some essays and books. After the director of gallery section of Kanagawa Arts Foundation, retired the Foundation in 2004. The head of the Association of researching outdoor sculptures. Writing essays about contemporary arts in kanagawa Prefecture every month on Kanagawa News Paper. Published “Outdoor Sculptures in kanagawa Prefecture”.
